The rule of using sugar is that depending on the color of the milk cup, different types of sugar are combined. If the milk does not change color, use the best natural crystalline alum sugar among the sweeteners, the yellow milk is available with palm sugar.

The Fa family’s principle of making nutritious nut milk is to combine the nuts with the consistency with the nuts that are not viscous to create a cup of milk with a moderate consistency that is delicious. The number of nuts is estimated at 150g of nuts per 1.5 liters of water. I will filter 1.2 liters of nut milk. The concentration or dilution increases or decreases the amount of nuts depending on the preference of the individual needs.

Using a jar with a filter in the middle saves filter time, just push the nuts and water to the button, add sweetener and puree, pour it into a cup, and enjoy. If the blender does not have a filter, use a filter bag or stainless steel filter rail to ensure hygiene, the filter bag should be cleaned and dried in the sun after each use.

For children just 6 months old, practice with nuts such as oats combined with pumpkin or lotus seeds…. Babies who are just starting to drink nut milk should use a single nut to cook milk, dilute and adapt them gradually, such as cashew nuts, Macca, almonds … Then we mix 2,3 more nuts when the baby is ready to co-operate.

It should be carefully filtered that there are no lumpy of the grain residue so children will easily drink. Milk nuts should use fresh nuts and properly soaked to ensure hygiene and promote all nutrients.

ATTENTION WHEN MIX NUTS

Do not combine more than 3 types in one cup of milk. Because you do not know whether the resonance is beneficial or harmful in all the particles.

If any mother wants to gain weight for her baby, provide 50g of almonds per day with brown rice (for babies over 12 months). Walnuts, if combined with other types, should be used from 100g per liter of milk, because that way the aroma of walnuts will develop.

Macca nuts high in omega should combine a few nuts for each dish to increase the fatness and increase the amount of omega that is for vegetarians, replacing omega in fish.

HOW TO STORE NUTRITIONAL  NUT MILK

Maximize the use of nutritious nut milk in the refrigerator compartment for 2 to 3 days (note the top compartment), but the quality of the milk will be greatly reduced, so it is recommended to cook every day to drink that day, delicious and safe.

Use a 200ml or 330ml glass bottle is best, divide the milk evenly in the bottle, let it cool and keep in the cool compartment. Why is it divided evenly: it is convenient for families to use it to avoid being stored in a big bottle, when you take milk many times, it will spoil the milk. Bottles should be washed clean and sterilized to ensure hygiene. Note that the cap and the neck of the bottle are unnoticeable places, this part is easiest to mold.
